Wow. I haven't updated this in, like, months. Eeep... Dx

Well, what's new? Harry Potter, that's what. I'm so pleased to work at a bookstore. OPENING NIGHT PARTY, whoo! I get to hand out goodie bags to all the little monsters in glasses and cloaks and temporary lightning bolt tattoos. Muah.

Butbutbut I wanted to go übernerd and dress up as a student but I didn't get a costume put together in time... arrgh.

Oh, and I was in the store today, and it's arrived. I've touched it. It's, like, wow. I got my uniform shirt and was all giddy, as much as I loathe uniforms... but it's just a tee with the book cover on the back and the store's logo on the front. So I won't look too terribly stupid. :B It's not like I ever have to wear a uniform there, anyhow.

Umumum.

Yeah, just got back from vacation. Went to the interior of mah province for a week or so, where I baked and burned and got all super dusty and stuff. There was much country music and I heard the phrase "Git'r Done!" enough to last me fifteen lifetimes. UGH. But it was fun, all in all; I don't know how, but it was. I think it was 'cuz the nights were cool and clear and it was so RELAXING. Doing NOTHING. And we had a freak thunder/wind/dust storm, which was pretty exciting.

We took down the tent the night before so we could leave super early to get home for SHOWERS, intending to sleep under the stars and all, but that was shot down with incoming stormclouds and a few drops of rain.

So I slept in my truck. Kinda stuffy and cramped in there.

Anyhoo. Bookstore re-opens at 11PM, so I've gotta jet. Must not reject dA so much anymore, ungh.

I NEED INSPIRATION. Haven't doodled or painted in so long. Save for on the wrapper baggie thing from my lemon raspberry loaf (oh, drool...) at Starbucks, but that doesn't count.
